Job Description

The Radiant DAO seeks a talented Lead Development Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the DeFi lending space and proven experience building secure, efficient, and successful web3 applications.

Qualifications

• More than three years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on backend.

Preferred Skills

• Solidity

• JavaScript

• Node.js

• Capable of hardhat testing

• On-chain deployment & verification

• Expert DeFi knowledge (LP's, staking, etc.)

• Ability to work Silo'd with minimal direction

• Having worked on challenging backend problems before (we'd like to see some examples)

• Passionate about Web3, ideally with previous professional experience in the space

• Self-starter that requires little oversight to get the job done

• Works well in a collaborative environment

• English fluency
