This document provides an informational summary of publicly observable on-chain transactions involving transfers to Tornado Cash related to the October 16, 2024 Radiant Capital exploit. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

Following community requests, the DAO has obtained an official summary report from zeroShadow documenting the historical on-chain movement of funds to Tornado Cash.

The report is intended to help affected users maintain documentation that may support personal tax reporting, including positions that rely on demonstrating a potential “no reasonable prospect of recovery.”

To ensure it can be safely shared, the report:

• Contains only publicly verifiable, historical on-chain transactions

• Documents transfers of affected funds to Tornado Cash contracts

• Does not disclose investigative methods, internal analysis, or sensitive information

• Does not compromise ongoing recovery efforts
